In our latest episode of "Unleash Your Inner Radiance," we explore a fundamental yet often underestimated superpower that we all possess—gratitude. Host Lisa delves into the essence of gratitude, not as a mere buzzword but as a force capable of transforming our perception and reality. As we usher in the new year, it's common to find ourselves drafting ambitious resolutions, but the approach we take can make all the difference. Lisa shares her insights on creating a positive feedback loop through gratitude and setting goals that are not only attainable but also enjoyable.

Our relationship with the world around us is profoundly influenced by our perspective. Gratitude allows us to appreciate the beauty in the everyday—a frost-covered morning or the simple joys that often go unnoticed. Lisa emphasizes that acknowledging challenges doesn't mean overlooking them; instead, it's about extracting the valuable lessons they offer. This mindset sets the stage for a year of fulfillment and personal growth.

The conversation takes a deeper dive into the practical side of gratitude—how it creates a positive feedback loop that brings more joy into our lives. Lisa explains how this loop can replace the self-sabotaging thoughts that hinder our progress, and she encourages listeners to integrate gratitude into their daily routines. This act of acknowledgment not only enhances our resilience in the face of adversity but also attracts positive energy that aligns with our desires.

When it comes to setting goals for the new year, Lisa gets real about the pressure of resolutions. She provides a refreshing take on goal setting, advocating for a balanced approach that embraces imperfections and focuses on sustainable actions. The emphasis on small steps is particularly powerful, as these incremental achievements lead to significant changes over time. Lisa also insists on the importance of infusing fun into our goals, ensuring that the journey is as rewarding as the outcome.

The episode doesn't shy away from the nitty-gritty of goal setting. Lisa introduces SMART goals as a tool for turning aspirations into tangible results. She redefines each component of the SMART acronym in a way that resonates with the overall theme of progress and joy. Specific goals, for instance, are seen as adaptable sketches rather than rigid targets, and measurable goals are embraced for their flexibility.

In the closing moments of the episode, Lisa reiterates the power of progress over perfection. She encourages listeners to view their goals as a dance, complete with its unique rhythm of successes and setbacks. As we face the upcoming year, we're reminded to meet our aspirations with a heart full of gratitude and to embrace the sparkle of possibility that gratitude ignites.

As we conclude, it's clear that gratitude is not just an act of reflection; it's a proactive step towards a more radiant life. By adopting a mindset of thankfulness and setting goals with compassion and balance, we can truly unleash our inner radiance and step into a transformative year ahead.

For years, I was lost, unbalanced and needing to find my purpose!

I have spent the last two years transforming myself; doing deep mindset work and forgiving my past.  I have been through several life changing times in my life, including, divorce, financial hardship, the loss of my mom (she was my best friend), and a life changing car accident.

Durning my marriage I found myself in a career I did not enjoy, at home I poured everything into being the best mom and best wife I could be, but I lost myself and I didn't know who I was... I was lost after my divorce.

Over the past couple of years I have really been pouring into me and working on finding myself and my purpose.  Doing a lot of heart work, mindset and finding balance in my life. I found a community that has helped me grow as a person and it has transformed my life.  How many times have you tried to create new habits, set goals and take action to find balance in 7 key areas of your life?  Now is the time to transform your life, find clarity, balance and a purposeful life?

I experienced a life changing car accident a year ago that gave me mortality motivation to help others.  When you sense that life is truly short, you focus your time here on earth and I truly have found my purpose and I truly believe God has directed me to pursue my passion to help others.
