What is your coaching philosophy and approach, and how will it align with my personal needs and values?
I guide women on their journey of wellness, mindset, mindfulness and self-awareness. A journey that is different for everyone, it encompasses the Seven key areas of mind and body development that promotes physical, emotional and spiritual mindfulness and environmental well-being. I help set daily habits and goals to begin the process of learning about self-care, growth and development and engaging behaviors. This leads to better physical, mental and deeper mindfulness - so you are not just surviving, but you are thriving.
How do you handle potential challenges or setbacks that may arise during the coaching process?
As a life, wellness and transformation coach, I believe that challenges and setbacks are a natural part of the growth process, and I'm committed to helping my clients navigate them effectively. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify any obstacles that may be hindering their process, and we work together to develop a plan to overcome them. This may involve revisiting their goals, adjusting their strategies, or exploring any limiting beliefs or negative self-talk that may be getting in the way. I also provide ongoing support and encouragement to help guide my clients to stay focused on their strengths and progress, rather than getting discourage by setbacks. Ultimately, my goal is to help my client's build resilience and develop the skills they need to overcome challenges and stay on track towards achieving their goals.
What is your approach to goal setting and how do you help clients stay accountable?
As a life, wellness and transformation coach, I believe that goal setting is an essential component of creating lasting change and achieving success. I work collaboratively with my clients to establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals that align with their values and priorities. We break down their larger goals into smaller, more manageable action steps, which help build momentum and foster a sense of accomplishment.
To help my clients stay accountable, I use a variety of strategies, including regular check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing support and motivation. We set up a regular schedule for coaching sessions, and I encourage my clients to schedule regular check-ins with me to discuss their progress and any challenges they may be facing. I also provide my clients with tools and resources, such as worksheets and journal prompts, to help them reflect on their progress and stay motivated.
If a client struggles with accountability, we work together to identify any underlying barriers or limiting beliefs that may be holding them back. We also explore different accountability strategies, such as accountability partners or daily checklists, to help them stay on tract.
Ultimately, my approach to goal setting and accountability is tailored to each individual client, taking into account their unique strengths , needs, and preferences. I believe that by working collaboratively and providing ongoing support and encouragement, we can help my client achieve their goals and create a lasting change in their lives.
